It should show who’s doing what, when, where, and what they need to know to succeed. If your vendors, volunteers, and delivery crew can’t read it and understand their role instantly — it’s not a timeline. It’s theatre.
And yet, most event professionals are still cobbling together versions of the same old spreadsheet, hoping it holds up under pressure.
