Hi, I’m Rachella. I’ve spent decades building a career in events.
I produced festivals, conferences and large-scale public events across Australia. I’ve worked with million-dollar budgets, complex logistics and audiences in the hundreds of thousands. Along the way, I built an award-winning event agency and launched Event Kit, now used by event planners worldwide. I changed direction more than once, took risks, made mistakes and learned plenty of lessons along the way.
Looking back, the biggest breakthroughs in my career rarely came from a book or course. They came from conversations. The right advice. A different perspective. And having someone ask the question I hadn’t thought to ask.
