About Event Kit

Big ideas need practical systems.

Event Kit turns years of award-winning event experience into practical, real-world tools for event planners. Big ideas. Fewer surprises. That’s the plan.

The Founder

Hey, I’m Rachella.

An award-winning events producer turned process-obsessed template designer.

I never expected to get into template design. But after years of working with clients and searching for tools I couldn’t find, inspiration struck. I had to figure out how to create what they needed. Then I fell in love with it.

Fast forward 26+ years and 150+ event planning tools, and I’m still in love with sharing practical event frameworks and simple tools with you. Plenty of free templates are out there, but none are packed with my years of event experience.

My mission: To design event templates that feel like 80% of the work is already done for you. Not just blank documents, but a head start from someone who's been there and done it. I want every template to feel like I'm right there beside you, saying, "You've got this. Here's how I'd approach it."

Start with a template,
look like you didn't.

“I didn't want to create templates that gave event planners empty boxes to fill in. The challenge was figuring out how to put my experienced event pro's thinking on the page: what to ask, what to check, what gets forgotten, and what needs to happen next.”
