Toast to the Coast showcases the best wines and food from the Surf Coast, Moorabool Valley and Bellarine Peninsula regions. It offers visitors the chance to taste, drink and eat their way across a selection of award-winning wineries while enjoying picturesque vineyard settings and live entertainment. Wine Geelong engaged Event Kit to improve event operations and safety, along with full-service event management to deliver this major event.

Our goal was to plan better event operations and safety.

Our goal with this project was to provide a seamless event experience for the thousands of people involved. We focused on improving the event management process, streamlined ticketing and increased risk management protocols to deliver a safer and more enjoyable event for all.
