By purchasing a product from Event Kit, you acknowledge the following and agree to be legally bound to the following terms:

Technical Requirements

Our products are designed in the following file formats: Word, Excel, PDF, PPT.

Files will be delivered via digital download as a compressed .zip file. All our products are delivered via DIGITAL DOWNLOAD, no physical item will be shipped. You may need Microsoft Office or Apple iWork Productivity Suite and Adobe Pro to use and edit the templates and tools. Our products are compatible with Google Sheets and Google Docs.

We may, at any time, and at our sole discretion modify the contents and/or price of products with or without notice.

Template Support

We are happy to help you with issues relating to access and general use of our templates, and any problems that might arise with these. We offer support via email and we aim to respond within 48 hours Mon-Fri (2 business days).

You have lifetime access to your purchased templates because we give you access to download files directly to your computer, however we can’t guarantee lifetime access to our server or updates to the content. If the template has been retired/removed from the store, it will no longer be updated or accessible from Event Kit.

Unfortunately, we don't have the capacity to help with general event planning related questions, technical use of your own software, or any problems with your own computer.

Refunds And Returns

Due to the digital nature of our products, they cannot be returned or exchanged. We cannot guarantee a refund if you no longer want or need the product or service you bought. This is the case even if your circumstances have changed, you have no use for what you purchased, you made a mistake or you found you can buy the product cheaper elsewhere.

We want you to be confident in your purchasing decision, please read the information within each product page carefully, prior to purchasing. Please also read the FAQs section of How It Works. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

Copyright

You may use the products when working with a client. If you are using the products to build an event plan for a client or workplace, you are prohibited from claiming or promoting the template designs as your own. Our product designs are copyrighted Event Kit. You may not resell the design or claim the template design as your own or promoting the templates as original work.

Any graphics or images provided with the products is for demonstration purposes only and copyrighted to its original creator. You must replace these graphics with your own/source images yourself. We hold no liability for any image licensing/copyright issues that may occur through your unlawful use of the supplied images.

Each product purchase will be used by the purchaser only. 

Your published event design or event day photos may be used as examples of our customer’s excellent work in our customer showcase, sales pages or on our social media for demonstration and promotion purposes.

Miscellaneous

You have lifetime access to the templates after you download them, but we can’t guarantee lifetime updates to the collections in our store or the content stored on our server. If the template collection has been retired/removed from the store, it will no longer be updated.
