Project Summary

The Truffle Melbourne Festival at Queen Victoria Market is a free public event featuring Australia's best truffles and experiences. Truffle Melbourne Festival is the biggest truffle festival outside Europe. Truffle Melbourne engaged Event Kit to review the event strategy and redesign the event format, event styling and festival program to elevate the event to fit the brand.

 

 

 

Our goal was to create a more sophisticated event to fit the world-class brand.

For this project, Event Kit redesigned the event to create a bold, sophisticated and world-class brand vibe for Truffle Melbourne. Our goal with this event redesign was to showcase the unique gourmet personality by using the brand’s signature colours to bring a cohesive and flowing patron event experience to the site. We revitalised the event style, stage program and quality of vendors.

 

The results.

On the event site, we created a striking colour palette against a dramatic black background, along with strategic use of high-quality vendors and live cooking demonstrations by renowned local chefs. We created a dynamic and engaging experience for both patrons and participants alike. Event Kit delivered a truly successful event that was harmonious with who the brand is, and what it stands for.
