Project Summary
Pako Festa is Victoria's biggest free celebration of cultural diversity held along one street with over 40 cultures showcasing their colour, tastes and movement. This award-winning hallmark event features a vibrant street parade, food stalls and several stages across a staggering 1km length event site. Cultura engaged Event Kit to improve event operations and safety, along with full-service event management to deliver the festival.

Our goal was to improve event operations and safety.
For this project, Event Kit was engaged to improve event operations and safety, along with full-service event management to deliver the festival. Our goal with this consultation was to provide a seamless event experience for the many thousands of performers, vendors and participants. We focused on improving the event management process and increased risk management protocols to deliver a safer and more enjoyable event for all.

Pako Festa is an iconic event that brings thousands of people together to celebrate the music, dance, language, art and food of the many cultures in Geelong. Event Kit played a pivotal role in creating a seamless event experience for the many thousands of performers, vendors and participants.
