City of Wyndham engaged Event Kit to improve event operations and safety, along with full-service event management to deliver this major public event.

Tens of thousands flocked to this popular outdoor music concert. For this project, Event Kit was engaged to improve event operations and safety, along with full-service event management to deliver this major public event. Our goal with this consultation was to provide a seamless concert experience for the roster of high-profile performers, while providing a safe and well-considered event experience for spectators.

Legends on the Lawn emerged as a true celebration of the legends in Australian music. This iconic outdoor music concert brought thousands of people together to eat delicious food, explore the beautiful gardens of Werribee Park, and experience a great concert event. Attendees enjoyed discovering a sense of creativity that surprised and delighted, in a safe and well-managed space.
